RentalDetectives.com is a service that brings together tenants (“renters”) and property owners (“owners”) of apartments, homes, townhomes, duplexes, condos, mobile homes, vacation rental, corporate housing, or other real estate dwellings. INFORMATION ABOUT A PARTICULAR PROPERTY IS SUPPLIED BY THE PROPERTY OWNER AND NOT BY RENTALDETECTIVES.COM.The price and other terms of any lease remain subject to direct negotiation between the renter and the property owner. The prices listed by property owners on RentalDetectives.com often exclude rent taxes, finance charges, title, license, regulatory, compliance fees, and other related charges, any or all of which may be added to the listed price to arrive at the final price of a particular property. RentalDetectives.com cannot verify the information property owners supply or guarantee the property they offer. Nor can we assure the property owner that the payment he/she gets from the renter is valid.

When you offer a property for rent on RentalDetective.com, you must be prepared to rent that property at the price at which, and the terms on which, you've listed it. You must have possession of the actual property listed and the ability to rent or lease the property. To list a property for rent on RentalDetectives.com, property owners are required to provide certain identifying and contact information. The information must accurately identify the property owner or management company and the method of contact must be accurate. You may not charge any potential renter for information about any property listed for rent on RentalDetectives.com, nor may you use our site to promote, without our prior written permission, any other website, product or service.

RentalDectectives.com reserves the right to deny use of this website to anyone who does not comply with these requirements or who otherwise uses our website in a manner we consider inappropriate. Responsibility for the information contained in property listings lies with each property owner. You alone are responsible for material you post and for the content of all email messages transmitted through RentalDetective.com. Although RentalDectectives.com cannot monitor all the listings posted to our website, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any listings or other postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. By using RentalDectectives.com you agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, misleading, or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others and agree to abide by rules governed by the fair housing act. We retain the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated these terms or any other term of this agreement. By submitting a listing on our service, you agree to pay the fees specified for the listing package you select, regardless of whether your property is rented as a result of the listing. We reserves the right to change pricing at any time by giving sufficient prior notice to subscribers and will become effective only after the length of subscription has expired. RentalDectectives.com is not required to provide any refunds if you are terminated as a user because you have violated any of these terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS STATED ABOVE OR TO ANY CHANGES THE SERVICE MAKES IN THESE TERMS, PLEASE EXIT THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY.

4. Copyright and Trademark Information
The contents of this Website are protected by copyright. You may print and download portions of the materials solely in connection with your use of the RentalDectectives.com service provided on the Website. Any other copying, redistribution, publication or retransmission of any portion of Website material, is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of RentalDectectives.com. 8. Signage
In addition to and in connection with the site, RentalDetectives.com, LLC, has created and markets custom Signage (“Signs”) that we use as part of our marketing system to give Property Managers the ability to showcase their property by locating these signs in and around the physical structure itself.

RentalDetectives.com offers these signs for purchase through our website and/or from authorized resellers approved by RentalDetectives.com to be used solely by the Property owners and management companies subscribing to our service. In no way are signs to be used for or in connection with any other website offering similar services. Signage can and will only be used in connection with a paid subscription to RentalDetectives.com. RentalDetectives.com is not responsible for use of signs, it is the sole responsibility of the properties owner, manager, or any person hired by the owner or property manager to locate signage in places that conform with and are approved by the state, local governments, and municipalities where said property is located. Signage designs, logos, colors, verbage, and information are copyrighted materials and the sole property of RentalDetectives.com. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create, nor use our signage in any way other than it's intended use. If at any time RentalDectectives.com determines our singage is being misused in any way outside of it's intended use, w e retain the right to deny service to anyone whom we believe has violated these terms or any other term of this agreement.
